It seems ok after taking for a few straight days. No noticeable changes in energy level either way. I do take my blood sugar measure regularly and during the time I've been taking this, I have not seen prolonged high blood sugar levels which I sometimes get. No significant changes either way and no side effects. The number of pills are few relative to the large container that the pills came in. On a price per pill basis, I don't feel like this is a great value.

It's really difficult to review on the efficacy of supplements like these, because firstly we're limited in what we are allowed to state, but also if we have a variety of other supplements and vitamins that we are taking. What I can say is that I did not experience any negative side effects or reactions to this supplement, and I was able to maintain my keto diet and energy levels even after starting this supplement. The package arrived well sealed with no damage or leakage, and an expiration date well into the future.

I'm sure it'll take weeks if not a month or two before I can definitively say whether this works or not. The level of chromium picolinate seems high, so I did some research. A normal dosage is around 30mcg +/-. This has 20x that amount: 600mcg. Thankfully, posted studies show nothing bad if you don't go over 1000mcg daily. But do your own due diligence, especially if you do have any side effects from taking this product. I'm waiting to see if mulberry leaf extract really does keep you from absorbing carbohydrates. Considering how much I eat carbs, I should see a difference on my scale soon!
