I think it’s helping
The first month my feet got less painful and warmer. Then my legs were getting warmer and I started walking better. Then my cramps slowed down and I had night in a row that I didn’t have to get up and sit in my chair and sleep . Then the holiday stuff started and we started eating lots carbs and sugar, I started having more pain and kinda going backwards . I’m stoping all of that and getting back to normal eating. Trying to eat clean and it is so hard ! But I will keep trying . Any suggestions?
