Hoping this product helps. I’m 64, too lean, and looking to add some muscle weight.

This Alpha Gold Male I've been using for a few weeks now. I take it every morning with food along with Blood Flow 7. They work great together & I feel added benefits. Increased energy, stamina, focus & memory are sharp & I feel I am sleeping better. If I don't get a full 7 or 8 required hours of sleep like say 5 or 6, I feel like I've slept the full load because of the fact I'm taking this. I feel great & am thankful.
