So far so good. I took one every time before a heavy carbo meal along with my Curalin my glucose is averaging 86 to 99. Of course, don’t go out and starts drink sodas, eat ice cream like crazy. You still have to discipline yourself a little. Over eating of anything is not good for anybody especially when you’re in the 70s.
