I started with alpha gold male and then switched to blood flow 7 now I'm back on alpha gold. The energy and feeling of just wanting to work out is way more prevalent than 3 months ago. The ability to lay down at night and get a complete night of rest is also amazing. I also am starting to get some feelings in my lower region that haven't been there for a few years now witch my wife is happy about so all I can say is awesome product and a big thumbs up.
