The Trick or Treat Prize Draw (the "Draw") is run by Juvenon, 774 Mays Blvd STE 10489, Incline Village, NV 89451 ("Juvenon").
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Employees of Juvenon, its agencies, and members of their households cannot enter.
From 12:00 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 to 11:59 p.m. PDT on Saturday, October 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
There are two ways to enter. Both have the same chance of winning, and all entries go into the same drawing.
With a purchase: start a new subscription at juvenon.com during the Entry Period with 2 or more bottles in each delivery, of any Juvenon product. You are entered automatically.
Without a purchase: fill in the free entry form at https://go.juvenon.com/18 during the Entry Period.
One entry per person, whichever way you enter.
There are three winners.
A winner who entered with a purchase gets the first order of their qualifying subscription refunded in full, including shipping and tax, up to $150.
A winner who entered without a purchase gets $150.
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or returned before the drawing, that entry does not count.
Juvenon will pick three winners at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Potential winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the notification date and complete any required eligibility verification.
If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period, is found ineligible, or fails to complete the required verification, Juvenon may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Prizes will be issued within thirty (30) calendar days after winner verification is completed. Purchase-related refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Any additional cash prize amounts will be distributed using a payment method designated by Juvenon.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their prizes.
Winning does not cancel your subscription. Future shipments will be charged as normal unless you cancel.
You can use other valid Juvenon offer codes on your qualifying order and still be entered.
