Reprieve really does help with aches and pains, and several of my joints. I used it for a long time and found that it really worked. Then I stopped ordering it for some reason and after a while, I noticed that my joints and some muscles were feeling the effects of age. So I started ordering it again and taking it every day. I do feel much better with it. Recommend.
