i've been taking this for a month plus, i usually take it when i feel a little tired or i'm dragging i do notice a difference when i use this product
I feel good taking these but the only negative thing I can say is that they are quite large. I have been swallowing them but have a fear one will get stuck so next time I will order the capsules for a few dollars more.
