Japan Orders

It's easy to order the Juvenon™ Cellular Health Supplements for delivery to addresses in Japan. Just follow the steps listed below. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars with their approximate equivalent in Japanese yen (converted at an exchange rate of ¥105 = $1.00). Prices INCLUDE shipping, duty and consumption tax. Juvenon fulfills these orders directly from the United States, with door-to-door delivery by FedEx. (For orders to other countries outside the United States, please click here.)

Regular Order

A single bottle of Juvenon™ contains 60 tablets — a one-month supply for one person. To minimize the per-bottle shipping cost, the minimum order is two bottles — a two-month supply. The price for a Twin-Pack of 2 bottles, INCLUDING shipping, duty and consumption tax, is US$89.75 (approximately ¥9,425).

Order by Telephone

Orders may be placed by calling Juvenon's call center in the United States. Just dial 001 866-772-0140 (NOT toll-free; toll-free telephone service is not yet available in Japan). Please have your credit card information available when calling, and make sure the operator understands that you are placing an order for delivery to Japan.

Payment Options

Credit Cards
Juvenon accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please have your credit card information available when calling or ordering online. Your credit card will be billed in Japanese yen.

Check or Money Order
Under Juvenon's special program for Japanese customers, payment by check or money order is not available.

Delivery

Orders placed by 5 a.m. Japan Standard Time Tuesday through Saturday (noon Pacific Time Monday through Friday) are shipped out the same day. Other orders are shipped no later than 1 business day after receipt. Delivery is via FedEx. Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 business days. FedEx shipments are trackable. Juvenon issues shipping confirmation emails with FedEx tracking numbers to customers who provide an email address.

Duty and Consumption Tax

Juvenon's special, all-in-one pricing for Japanese customers includes shipping, duty and consumption tax. Clearance through customs is expedited by FedEx.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Customer service hours are 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time on Saturday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time on Sunday. Sorry, we are not yet able to provide Japanese language customer service.

The Juvenon Money-Back Guarantee

Juvenon's regular 30-day money-back guarantee is extended to 60 days for international customers. If you decide to return an order for any reason, your credit card account will be fully credited for the amount of the purchase (excluding shipping, duty and consumption tax).
